Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the customer must contact the carrier directly. Mei Wai Limited provides proof of shipment and delivery confirmation but assumes no liability for carrier errors. A replacement or refund is issued only if the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier after 30 business days from the dispatch date.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to Mei Wai Limited due to an incorrect address, the customer pays a second shipping fee of $9.95 for reshipment. No refund is issued for the original shipping fee.
Return and Refund Policy

Inspection Period
Upon delivery of the return, Mei Wai Limited inspects the handbag within 5 business days. The inspection verifies that the handbag meets the unused condition requirement. If the handbag fails inspection, no refund is issued, and the customer may request the handbag be shipped back at the customer’s expense $9.95.
Refund Timeline
After successful inspection, Mei Wai Limited initiates the refund. The refund amount equals the purchase price of the handbag. The original shipping fee of $9.95 is not refunded. The customer receives the refund no earlier than 14 calendar days from the date the return is delivered to Mei Wai Limited. This 14-day minimum applies to all refund methods.

Refund Calculation

If a promotional discount or coupon was applied to the original order, the refund reflects the actual amount paid after discount. Non-Returnable Items
